SHIPPING POLICY

We ship all our orders with Royal Mail. If you are within the UK, your order will take between 2 to 5 working days. At busy times of the year such as before Christmas when Royal Mail is extremely busy, this may take longer.

Due to the Coronavirus pandemic, shipping times may also be slower than normal.

For international orders, it depends where you are located. Within Europe, delivery times are expected at 5 to 7 business days, for the USA or Australia, and All Others, 10 - 15 business days, possibly longer.
Return & Exchange Policy

If you are not entirely happy with your purchase for whatever reason, we're here to help. Please contact us first to let us know the reason. We aim to resolve any problems you may have, and will then advise you how to proceed.

DO NOT RETURN ANY ITEMS WITHOUT CONTACTING US FIRST.

You have 28 days from the date of purchase to contact us for a Refund.

To be eligible for a refund, the product must be unused, undamaged, in the same condition as you received it and in its original packaging.

If we cannot otherwise resolve your query, provided you send us proof of purchase, i.e. a copy of our email to you confirming your purchase, or a copy of your receipt, we will ask you to return your item.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Shipping costs are not refundable. When you receive your refund, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we received your returned item.

We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card or original method of payment.
