The two sides are different, one side features eco-printed rowan leaves and Herb Robert seed-heads on linen, with a woven wool red patch above, while the other features a multicoloured patchwork of solid colours and pieces eco-printed cotton with different types of foliage.
 
The inside is lined with a contrasting soft cotton fabric, a William Morris pattern.
It closes with an antique bronze O-ring pull metal zipper, the ring can be used to hold the bag, if it's carried without the shoulder strap. The shoulder strap is black cotton webbing and it can be easily detached with the metal clips to transform it into a clutch bag.
